Wave2Net LLC a leading Wireless Internet Service provider (WISP) located in Winchester Virginia has increased it’s presence in Marshall Virginia through the acquisition of a network owned by Mid Atlantic Broadband Inc. Wave2Net will be providing High Speed Internet services for residential and business customers in Marshall with bandwidth of up to 2Mbps and 3Mbps.
Wave2Net’s focus is on bringing High Speed Internet services to underserved areas by traditional telecom service providers. Wave2Net believes that Marshall and the surrounding areas will greatly benefit from its existing network and the newly acquired network combined. Its services are available now for subscription dependent on proximity to its towers. Using proprietary technology, Wave2Net will be able to connect subscribers even if they are surrounded by trees allowing connectivity in situations where typical wireless would not be possible.
Wave2Net provides Internet services in other areas such as Winchester VA, Frederick County VA, Clarke County VA, Warren County VA, Loudoun County VA, Hampshire County WV, Berkley County WV, Jefferson County WV, Williamsport MD, and Hagerstown MD.
